Lately i really enjoy drinking tea and trying new flavours. GymTea is one of my new and most favourite teas for many reasons.
The first and most important reason to me is that it's 100% natural. There about three different flavours of GymTea, the ingredients of this one are Green tea, Oolong tea, Lemongrass, Mate tea, Rooibos, Ginger root, Cinnamon, Spearmint and Stinging nettle. Those ingredients boost metabolism, support fat burning and reduce cravings for sweets plus they are 100% natural with no additives and are sourced from selected tea and herbal plantations from all over the world.
Also this tea provides your body with essential energy before your workout for a 100% focus. Vitamins, minerals and antioxidants support your immune system and overall well-being.
I'm so impressive from this tea, i think that i'm going to drink it again now!
You can find a lot of cool stuff for tea at GymTea Online Shop like the tea strainer that I got it's great! If you want you can like my Facebook Page so you're not going to miss any post!

I really enjoy drinking green tea as well.

I try avoiding these kinds of tea because they never really work in my opinion. I'd try it for the Goji-Beere though! I've always wondered what it tastes like! Hahaha <3
